We are seeking a well-rounded individual that has experience with carpentry, drywall, framing, plumbing, electrical, roofing, etc.
The ideal applicant would have a minimum of 5 years' experience and someone who is very detail oriented.
Seeking a self-motivated individual with positive attitude, punctual, works well in a fast-paced environment and with coworkers.

Must have reliable vehicle and valid Driver's License.
Responsibilities:
Maintain accurate records of work completed, including the location of repairs, materials used, and time spent on each task.
Conduct regular inspections of properties, buildings, facilities, and equipment to identify areas in need of repair or maintenance.
Perform carpentry tasks such as building, repairing, installing structures such as walls, roofs, floors, doors, and windows.
Maintain a clean and organized work area and tools, ensuring that materials and equipment are properly stored and secured.
Follow budget guidelines and be able to meet deadlines.
