Call on accounts, provide superior customer service, build relationships Mentoring and training of employees Project and maintain budgets Place inside and outside advertising Execute promotional programs Accountable for sales quota Knowledgeable of the territory, products, and pricing Alert of opportunities for new business Communicate daily with other sales team members Attend scheduled sales meetings/seminars Take leadership in the assigned sales territory Minimum Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or 2 years of supervisor experience preferred Valid Driver's License Customer Service experience Sales experience Training and leadership skills Ability to develop and manage accounts Strong communication skills Basic computer skills Ability to lift heavy objects Live in or near Marion, IL PMA
