From our Cape Girardeau location, we provide sales and service for a variety of products, focusing primarily on Whole House Standby Generators.
As our company continues to grow, we are seeking dedicated individuals to join our Power Installation Team as Scheduling/Installation Coordinator.
This position will oversee the installation process from point of sale to installation completion and will require a keen eye and close attention to detail.

Why you can expect in this role:
Work closely with Managers to ensure that installation needs are met and scheduled in a timely and efficient manner.
Maintain technician schedule and communications with all installation crews.
Receive and submit permit application.
Verify completed jobs are scheduled for inspection.
Ensure proper paperwork is ready for installation teams.
Review completed paperwork and payment details prior to submission.
The skills/experience you'll need to be considered for this role:
Excellent communication skills, both written and oral.
Ability to work alone or as part of a team.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail for efficiency and code compliance.
Excellent computer skills; Experience with Microsoft Office is required, ServiceTitan is a plus.
Excellent customer service skills.
Ability to consistently meet deadlines.
Ability to read and interpret a map.
Knowledge of permitting and inspection process is preferred.
