Providing on-the-job support to clients who have disabilities as they work in local businesses and agencies.
Helping clients network and connect with co-workers.
Evaluating on-the-job training and support needs.
Recording performance and satisfaction data.
Working with Job Developers, clients, and co-workers to troubleshoot and develop effective supports.
Qualifications and Skills The ideal candidate must 1.
Have at lease a high school diploma or GED.
2.
Have a strong work ethic and professional values.
3.
Have a desire to impact and change lives.
4.
Have basic computer and internet skills.
5.
Pass a criminal background check.
6.
Have a reliable form of transportation.
7.
Have a strong educational or work history.
8.
Present well in public.
