Non-Exempt POSITION SUMMARY The team member in this position is responsible for providing superior service to both internal and external guests.
The HR Clerk will be responsible for Uniforms and assist with employee onboarding process and other clerical duties.

Personally assist all internal/external guests offering support and fielding inquiries ensuring the highest level of professionalism and confidentiality.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date information for all employees.
This includes filing paperwork in appropriate files.
Complete and update all I-9 information as needed.
Create and distribute daily, weekly and monthly reports to include Personnel Action Notice Log and monthly employee lists to appropriate recipients.
Respond to requests from employees and/or businesses requesting employment information.
Responsible for the Uniform Shop.
This includes, but is not limited to fitting employees for uniforms, process returned uniforms, process laundry and maintain up-to-date uniform files for each employee.
Also, complete inventory at designated times.
Responsible for completing paperwork and entering payroll deductions for non-returned uniforms for termed employees and any other payroll deduction forms.
Assist HR Generalist as needed with the onboarding process.
This may include, but is not limited to making phone calls, setting up interviews, preparing new hire packets, entering new hire paperwork and training sessions into human resource database system.
Adhere to regulatory, departmental and Company policies in an ethical manner and require others to do the same.
Handle routine customer complaints and incidents, and exhibit the appropriate discretion to define situations requiring the attention of supervisory personnel.
Seek to resolve all situations in a manner that maintains positive guest relationships.
Must be able to work a flexible schedule as required by business operations, including nights, weekends and holidays; shifts may change based on business needs.
Performs other duties as assigned.

Must be able to work in a smoking environment.
Ability to work in a gaming environment with exposure to bright/flashing lights, crowds and above average noise levels.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS Experience/Education:
A high school diploma or GED equivalent.
Prefer one to two years Human Resources or clerical experience in a Human Resources department.
Knowledge:
Mastery of Microsoft suite of software programs.
Microsoft certification a plus.
Ability to read, write, and understand simple instructions.
Other:
Must be able to obtain and maintain a valid Level 2 Missouri Gaming License.
Must be able to receive and maintain all required certification relating to the position.
Must complete all required company training.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
