6K a year We are currently looking for a Property Office Manager for an apartment complex in Cape Girardeau, MO Skills, knowledge and personal characteristics:
The following attributes are desirable for job success:
- Experience in managing multi-family properties - Ability to communicate effectively - Safety-conscious - Ability to assert yourself - Preference for detail work - Ability to work well under pressure - Self-motivated and self-directed - Ability to work with/without direct supervision - Ability to become a team leader Major duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Day to day operations of the property - Maintain stable occupancy - Collect rent timely - Meet corporate deadlines - Build strong resident relations, and provide excellent customer service - Ensure all company policies and procedures are followed - Provide and engage in dynamic leadership Must have a proven track record for success Must be able to be bonded.
