Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service to all customers - Assist customers in finding and selecting products - Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently - Maintain a clean and organized sales floor - Meet or exceed sales goals and targets - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and promotions - Collaborate with team members to achieve sales objectives - Be able to make cocktails, pour beer, wine etc for bar guests Requirements:
- Must be 21
- Knowledge of wine, beer, and spirits - Previous experience in customer service or retail sales is a plus - Basic math skills for processing sales transactions - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Strong sales skills and ability to upsell products - Strong time management and organizational skills We offer a fun work environment of selling high-end spirits and wine.
The schedule can be made flexible to fit a person's availability.
