Expectations Must be willing to have fun and enjoy life Maintain a work level to achieve 100% of monthly & quarterly goals Work hours Monday-Friday 8am-5pm, Occasional evening and weekend for special events/promotions only Collect payments from clients in a timely manner Develop new business in our digital marketing platforms and radio stations Maintain relationships with existing clients & provide exceptional customer service Maintain weekly activity up to standards of performance Attend all regularly scheduled meetings Complete all paperwork and reports in a timely manner Qualifications Background in digital marketing Sales experience is preferred but not required Ability to handle deadlines and critical decisions Proficient in Microsoft Office:
Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Outlook Excellent written and oral communication skills Efficient time management skills Strong organizational skills Great listening skills Ability to understand and implement concepts quickly Clean and professional appearance Ability to handle any client conflicts Reliable transportation Training 4-6 week initial training program Weekly group training Weekly 1 on 1 coaching Ongoing in-field coaching & training Industry Certification opportunities Compensation & Benefits Starting base pay
