150 Responsibilities & Duties:
Answer all incoming calls and transferring them Greet all guests that enter the building, and notifying the employee expecting them Ability to prioritize tasks as they arise from your day to day tasks Manage and order office supplies Responsible for ordering meals for meetings/special occasions Manage incoming and outgoing mail/faxes, and shipping out merchandise to branches Make folders for different departments File paperwork Data Entry Other duties as needed Qualifications & Skills:
Verbal and Written Communication skills on the phone, in person, and email Be able to multitask between daily tasks, guests coming in, and answering the phones Computer skills with the Microsoft family Organized Be able to fax, copy, print, documents, and create labels

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
