3K a year Description Healthpoint Rehabilitation Cape Girardeau, MO Full Time Job Summary Perform administrative duties and provides support to the leadership team at HealthPoint Rehabilitation Essential Functions Answers multiple phone lines, distributing calls and taking messages Schedules patient appointments within EMR Correctly enters data for registration, referral creation and scheduling of appointments Analyzes patient insurance information to begin the insurance authorization process Maintains neat and organized work space and work lists to ensure efficient daily workflow processes Demonstrates flexibility of job tasks with rapidly changing demands within the work environment, accomplishing tasks both in a timely and proficient manner Utilizes phone, fax, scanner, computer and computer software to complete job tasks Assists patients with questions, concerns and requests.
Understands when these need to be escalated to the Office Manager Creates and distributes reports for daily workflow Collects and accurately assigns payment to Sorian encounters Communicates pleasantly and effectively with patients as well as internal and external team members Any other duties as needed to drive to the Vision, fulfill the Mission, and abide by the Values of the organization Qualifications High School Diploma or Equivalent required Minimum of 1 year Healthcare reception, administrative assistant or registration experience preferred BLS - Basic Life Support Within 60 Days required.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
