As a full-time Administrative Specialist, you are responsible for assisting with the planning and coordinating of schedules of our qualified Comfort Keepers caregivers based on all new and current client needs.
Assist with general office duties, such as answering phone, greeting guests, assisting with employee interviews & more.
The focus is to be proactive and optimize workforce productivity and minimize downtime by managing schedules.
